I’ve been lifting weights for almost three years, but it wasn’t until I got in contact with Matthew that I truly accelerated my muscle growth and learned proper technique for the different exercises. He takes his time to show me exactly how each exercise should be done and corrects me whenever I make a mistake.
I’ve focused a lot on arms, chest, and back. It wasn’t until I received new biceps exercises from Matthew that I started seeing real progress in both muscle growth and strength. I started at 12.5 kg on one of the biceps exercises, and after just two months, I can now lift 25 kg.
I replaced my old back, biceps, triceps, and chest exercises with new ones from Matthew, and I’ve noticed significant improvement. I even get real muscle soreness after sessions—something I never experienced with other PTs. That’s why I highly recommend Matthew. For me, he is the best personal trainer there is.
